Kitchens

This kitchen is designed by me and hand made from walnut veneered MDF. The main problem was to fit all appliances, big american style fridge and boiler in really small area 3,5 x 2,5 meters. The worktop is made from Corian, a DuPont® conglomerat. Blum hinges and runners.

Ready made kitchen from SELCO. Fitted to client design, we manage to cover boiler and gas meter inside cabinets. The doors are made from laquered MDF.

Studies

I installed this study by myself when I worked for Richard Cullinan Joinery in 2005. And because it was so nice design (veneer maple worktops with blue framed doors)I decided to place these pics on my website.

This study is my own design. White units with 40 mm beech worktop. Bottom of each drawer is covered with dark green felt.

Shelves

A really big floating shelves made from MDF. This unit I made for CDs as a client have plenty of these.

Wardrobes

These wardrobe I made from MDF, spryied grey. Right door is a entry to ensuite bathroom. Blum hingens and Ikea drawers.

Made from moisture resistant MDF, not painted yet. frame doors, same like entry door. Blum hingens and Ikea drawers.

L shape wardrobe, clear varnish and white door, 3 units 25 cm inside only, last unit 58 cm inside, shoe rack on bottom. Blum hinges.

This is a walking wardrobe which I manage to fit in an small, unused area over existing staircase, over them I fixed hanging rail and shelves on wall.

This is another RCJ design which I installed.

This wardrobe I have cut and fit for my another former employer, Tudor Thomas Design, the main difficult was the shape of wall.

This is the inside of wardrobe, which I prefer, specially with painted doors a clear varnished MDF looks very nice.

Radiator covers

These are made from MDF (not painted), I like simple design of them.

Made by me to cover big radiators.

Bathroom units

This unit is made from moisture resistant MDF, painted white with framed door and 30 mm oak top to client design.

These units I have made from walnut veneered MDF. Mirror was glued to the fronts. Floating sink units.

Stairs and floor renovations

This is a simple job. Just to cover existing stair with new raisers and steps.

This is example how I fix noisy and moving floorboards. After filing holes floor is ready for sanding.

Using my Festool Domino I can do banisters without any screws and fixings which is important with clear finish.

New flooring

This is nailed oak floor. Very nice and strong. I am using special gun and staples to fix floorbords to plywood.

This is a sample of floating floor, very good quality. Really I dont like this kind of floor because of moving and making noise. This specific floorboards, made in germany, dont have these problems.

Door fitting

To fit hingens and locks I am using special jigs, just to make this look professional and nice.

Fencing, decking, paving

I do a lot of fences and deckings, especially when weather is good.

This is example of fancy cladding, I did this from simple boards. Window and door is done from sapele wood.

Cutting table with lino top made from redwood and mdf.

Bike sheed with movable top, size 3.6x1.2x1.4 m

This is a sheed to store bikes, the problem was narrow space, thats why I designed movable top. Now there is enough space for 8 bikes.

Samples of flooring marquetry, made from diffrent species of european and exotic wood (oak, beech, maple, wenge, irocco, merabou, padouk, walnut, ash, cherry, greenwood). The top layer of wood, glued to plywood, is minimum 7 mm thick so it can be sand and last hundrets years.
